We are recommending that any individual who is signing up to do their first Spin Class to please get in contact with Nancy, to arrange a complimentary, private 1-on-1 lesson prior to the first class.
Finally, members are asked to sign up at least 24H before their scheduled class time. If there are less than 2 members signed up, the class will NOT run. If unable to register on-time, please contact me via email or messenger.
