Ball Strength is a fitness class using dumbbells and a stability ball.
Core Yoga is an advanced yoga class designed to focus on strengthening your core.
Fusion is a class combination of yoga and pilates.
Pilates is a core focused fitness class based on Joseph Pilates Principals.
Power Yoga is designed for those who have some experience with a variety of yoga poses requiring strength and stillness.
Power Walk is an outdoor walk with light weights and mats (supplied by Nancy). We walk socially distanced, 3 meters apart, single file, for 45 minutes max.
Restore Yoga is a yoga class where you hold your poses for a longer duration and props are encouraged.
KOPISpin is a 45 minute indoor cycling class.
This is a 1-hour class which includes your ride, an ab workout off the bike, and stretching at the barre. A must for the workout warrior!
Strength is a fitness class that uses light dumbbells and bosus.
Wall Yoga is a yoga which uses the wall as well as props for resistance and stability.
This class is a flow yoga where one movement transitions easily into the next movement/pose.
