This yoga is done with a stability ball and helps to improve balance and core strength. It can offer support as well as challenge certain muscles.
All Pilates classes are done on the mat and may include bands, light weights, BOSU and balls. This class is designed to strengthen your core, coordination and balance.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
The focus is on strength, cardio and core exercises. Exercises are performed back to back, challenging your endurance in each category.
This is a slow-paced Hatha Yoga, where postures (Asanas) are held at least 45 seconds to 2 minutes in length.
Yin Yoga using the wall for stability, resistance and comfort.
This unique class is a marriage of Pilates and Yoga, strength (core) with stretch.
Weights, balls and TRX are used to focus on strength top to bottom, inside and out; suitable for all levels.
The postures in this yoga class focus on challenging your core. You can look forward to arm balances, inversions, and postures on your feet. This is an Intermediate-Advanced class.
Intermediate vinyasa yoga; lots of movement, you might even sweat!
This class uses a ballet bar; it can include balance, strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
Extra props can be included in this class: balls, bands and light dumbbells.
Dancercise to energizing music in this Latin inspired cardio class. No judgement, no lights, lots of fun and laughing encouraged.
Yoga for your Inner Athlete
This class is designed to incorporate power and flexibility, while challenging balance and core strength. All athletes welcome!
This is an introductory yoga class for men only. The focus is on flexibility and a yoga foundation.
Active and more advanced poses are introduced.
All Levels Yoga
Our instructor will coach you through an hour long class with the goal of helping the weekly class meet their yoga intentions.
This 30-minute cardio class is designed to rev up your heart rate and train your core balance. It can be done at low impact or high impact.
Family yoga includes a parent and one child, 4 and older. The class will be designed with the parent in mind and the kids can follow the examples without any judgements. It's a great way to introduce your children to yoga. The instructors are Abby, Jen and Nancy, rotating weekly. This can be a drop in class for non-members, $20 + HST for the parent and child.
