Restore Yoga is a yoga class where you hold your poses for a longer duration and props are encouraged.
KOPISpin is a 30-45 minute indoor cycling class.
Strength is a fitness class that uses light dumbbells and bosus.
Wall Yin is a yoga which uses the wall as well as props for resistance and stability.
This class is a flow yoga where one movement transitions easily into the next movement/pose.
